VEX Robotics World Championship, Dallas
15/5/2025

Misk Schools students Abdullah H and Tamim T have been in Dallas this week, representing both their school and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the VEX IQ World Championship – a global stage for student-led innovation in robotics.

VEX IQ challenges students to design, build and programme robots to solve real-world problems—developing critical thinking and teamwork along the way. VEX competitions also focus on exposing students to valuable soft skills like communication, collaboration and time-management in a fun and authentic way.

The VEX Robotics competition prepares students to become future innovators with 95% of participants reporting an increased interest in STEM subject areas and pursuing STEM-related careers.

This opportunity reflects the power of collaboration in education and was made possible through Misk Schools’ partnerships with Tuwaiq Academy and Robofunlab.
