Misk Schools Students Imran T, Meshary T, and Aljawhara Q were selected among the top 40 from 200,000+ students to compete at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2025 in Ohio.

The event is the world's largest pre-college science competition, bringing together nearly 1,700 high school students from over 60 countries to showcase their scientific research projects.

In the face of stiff competition, Imran T was recognised for his outstanding research and innovation, earning two Special Awards and a Fourth Place Grand Prize for his energy project: Developing a Hydrazine Seawater-based Hydrogen Production System Using a Highly Efficient Pd-Ni(OH)₂ Catalyst.

The Special Awards for his project were from Missouri University of Science and Technology and another from King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba).

This recognition is a testament to months of rigorous effort, originality, and commitment to scientific progress.
