Grade 11 students have successfully completed their internships with leading organisations in Saudi Arabia and abroad as part of the Misk Schools Internship Programme.

For the first time, the programme expanded internationally, with students joining the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) in Geneva. During an intensive week, they engaged with representatives from United Nations bodies including WHO, UNCTAD, UNIDIR, and OHCHR, deepening their understanding of diplomacy, sustainable development, and international cooperation.

Alongside placements at prominent Saudi organisations such as The Helicopter Company, Riyadh Airports Company, Jacobs, Khwarizmi Holding, and SAMI Alsalam Aerospace Industries, the WFUNA internship reflects Misk Schools’ commitment to preparing students for leadership on both national and global stages.

Each one-week placement involved shadowing key executives and active participation in business operations, providing invaluable workplace insights to help shape students’ future ambitions.

These internships offer practical, hands-on experience in real-world environments, allowing students to apply classroom learning to professional contexts while developing essential skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.

Internships form a core component of the Misk Schools Diploma, bringing students one step closer to graduation and future success.
